5.5 magnitude earthquake jolts southeastern Cuba

A 5.5-magnitude earthquake struck southeastern Cuba on Sunday, the US Geological Survey (USGS) said.
The tremor occurred 45 km southwest of Maisi at 1200GMT at a depth of 10 kilometers (6.2 miles), according to the USGS.
The quake struck near Guantanamo, located 92.1 km west-northwest of the epicenter.
No immediate tsunami alert was issued following the earthquake, and there were no immediate reports of damage or casualties.
