Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Sunday that Chinese President Xi Jinping and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi had both offered their services for peace talks on Ukraine, and that Russian President Vladimir Putin welcomed their readiness, state news agency TASS reported.
The three leaders are among those attending the BRICS summit in Delhi.
