U.N. nuclear watchdog chief Rafael Grossi arrived at the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant in Russian-controlled Ukraine on Wednesday, Russian state-owned news agency RIA Novosti reported.
Grossi arrived at the plant accompanied by IAEA mission staff and Russian soldiers, RIA reported.
