Iraqi parliament approves Prime Minister Ali Al-Zaidi’s government
Iraq’s parliament has approved the government of Prime Minister Ali Al-Zaidi and its ministerial program, the Iraqi News Agency reported, with 14 ministers winning confidence. Al-Zaidi and his cabinet members were sworn in, formally assuming their duties.

The Iraqi parliament on Thursday approved the government of Prime Minister Ali Al-Zaidi and its ministerial program, according to the official Iraqi News Agency (INA).
Al-Zaidi and the ministers who secured parliamentary confidence took the constitutional oath, formally assuming their duties.
Parliament granted confidence to 14 ministers during the session.
