Nine people, mostly women and children, were killed in an Israeli airstrike on southern Lebanon on Friday evening, according to the Lebanese National News Agency.
The agency reported that Israeli warplanes struck a house in the town of Majdal Selm, killing nine members of the Saleh family.
Several others were injured in the strike, the report said.
