In Tehran's Enghelab (Revolution) Square, hundreds of people gathered to celebrate Iran's missile response against Israel, chanting religious slogans.
Carrying Iranian and Palestinian flags, as well as Hezbollah banners, Iranians expressed gratitude toward the armed forces.
Crowds watched footage of the missile strikes on large screens set up in the square.
Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei addressed the nation in a televised message aired by state TV.
Khamenei stated: "Our armed forces will act with determination and will crush the vile Zionist regime. This regime will not escape punishment for its crimes. The Iranian people can rest assured that this matter will not be taken lightly."
