Türkiye to expand global presence of locally-produced car Togg - minister

Industry and Technology Minister Mehmet Fatih Kaçır expressed his ambition to introduce Türkiye's domestic electric car brand, Togg, to leaders from various countries. Kaçır highlighted the significant progress in promoting Türkiye's national smart car, Togg, to various countries. Kaçır emphasized the historical pride for Türkiye to showcase its high-tech product, developed by Turkish engineers and manufactured by skilled technicians, to state leaders in diverse regions of the world. 'If our President identifies countries where Togg should be presented as a gift during his official visits, we will take the necessary actions accordingly. While I refrain from listing these countries on behalf of our President, it's crucial to emphasize that he places immense importance and value on this matter. The fulfilment of Türkiye's 60-year-old dream, along with the presentation of this success story to the global audience, holds significant importance for our President. We are committed to continuing the effort of introducing Togg to world leaders. This endeavour exemplifies Türkiye's technological achievements and capabilities, highlighting our nation's capacity to develop and manufacture advanced automotive technologies,' Kaçır stressed in his comments. He expressed the government's intention to establish an effective incentive program to support these initiatives and help them create a distinguished national brand in the field of low-orbit satellites. In the coming period, we want Türkiye to become a country that can access space with its own means and also develop and produce hundreds of thousands of micro-satellites in space with its national means.
