China on Wednesday launched three satellites into orbit for space environment exploration, state-run Xinhua News reported.
A Long March-2C carrier rocket carrying the satellites blasted off at 12.01 pm (0401GMT) from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in northwestern China.
The satellites, Shijian-30A, Shijian-30B, and Shijian-30C, will be used for space environment exploration and related technology verification.
This marked the 608th flight mission of the Long March carrier rocket series.
