Türkiye's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and the UK's newly elected Prime Minister Andy Burnham met Tuesday for the first time in New York.
The closed-door meeting took place on the sidelines the 81st session of the UN General Assembly.
It was the first face-to-face meeting between Erdogan and Burnham since he took office as prime minister in July.
No further information was disclosed about the meeting.
