EU aims to link Ukraine and Middle East in drone defence needs

The EU is aiming to become an intermediary between Ukraine and countries in the Middle East that need its anti-drone capabilities, EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said on Monday.
"In response to the need for drone interceptors, we are preparing a new initiative to become a matchmaker between Ukraine's industrial outputs and the military needs of countries in the Middle East," Kallas said in a speech at a conference for EU ambassadors.
