Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro said Thursday he was open to cooperation with the United States on drug trafficking, oil and other issues after weeks of growing American military pressure.
"Wherever they want and whenever they want," Maduro said of the idea of dialogue with the US in an interview on state TV, as he declined to comment on a US military attack on a Venezuelan dock as announced this week by President Donald Trump.
