Hezbollah chief Naim Qassem called on Saudi Arabia to turn 'a new page' and open dialogue with the Lebanese armed group on Friday. Lebanon is under pressure from the U.S., Saudi Arabia and Hezbollah's domestic rivals to disarm the group.
