South Korean President Lee Jae Myung said on Monday that the situation in Middle East was "very urgent" and financial markets were becoming unstable due to increasing uncertainty.
Lee also called on his senior aides to prepare additional measures that could be incorporated into an extra budget already proposed if needed.
