Mehmet Poroy, Türkiye's ambassador to Abuja, met Christopher Musa, Nigeria's defense minister, in Abuja to discuss potential cooperation in defense and security, according to a statement Saturday from the Turkish Embassy.
The meeting focused on enhancing ties in military training, defense industry cooperation, counterterrorism efforts, capacity building and technical collaboration in the defense sector.
