Türkiye appoints Basat Öztürk as permanent representative to NATO
Basat Öztürk has been appointed as Türkiye's permanent representative to NATO, a presidential decree announced Thursday. Ozturk will now represent Türkiye at NATO headquarters in Brussels.

Basat Öztürk, the director-general for international security at the Turkish Foreign Ministry, has been appointed as Türkiye's permanent representative to NATO, according to a presidential decree on Thursday.
The decree, signed by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, was published in the Official Gazette.
Öztürk will represent Türkiye at NATO headquarters in Brussels.
