TikTok's CEO said a US law signed on Wednesday by US President Joe Biden was an effective ban of the social media company and would be fought in court.
"Make no mistake, this is a ban. A ban on TikTok and a ban on you and your voice," Shou Zi Chew said in a video message posted on TikTok.
