An explosion of unknown origin was reported Sunday in the Al-Suryan neighborhood of Aleppo in northern Syria, according to Syrian media.
Alikhbariah TV said the blast occurred near Al-Rahman Mosque.
The cause of the explosion remains unknown and authorities are investigating, the channel said.
There were no immediate reports of casualties or damage.
