Saudi Arabia's Civil Defense announced on Saturday that a projectile landed in the southwestern Al-Tuwal governorate of the Jazan region, injuring two people.
The incident also caused material damage to a mosque, several buildings and vehicles, the Civil Defense stated on US social media company X.
No further details regarding the origin of the projectile were immediately available.
