A construction company commissioned by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security is continuing work on the second border wall in the Santa Teresa area.
The project, announced earlier by DHS Secretary Kristi Noem, involves expanding the border wall along the stretch between Ciudad Juarez and New Mexico.
