The aircraft reportedly flew at low altitude, striking a vehicle complex adjacent to the Zahrani-Sur highway, with some houses in Ensariye sustaining significant damage.

Despite the ceasefire agreement between Israel and Lebanon that came into effect on November 27, 2024, Israeli forces continue almost daily air and ground attacks in southern Lebanon.
Since the ceasefire began, the Israeli military has violated it over 4,300 times, resulting in at least 245 deaths and 513 injuries.
