Tasnim News Agency, known for its close ties to Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, reported that Israel targeted nuclear scientists in Tehran.
The attack reportedly killed nuclear scientists Mohammad Mehdi Tehranchi and Fereydoon Abbasi.
No official statement has been made regarding the incident so far.
Iranian state television claimed that Israel also carried out an attack targeting Iran's Chief of General Staff, Mohammad Bagheri.
According to Iran's official news agency IRNA, civilians—including women and children—were killed in the Israeli strikes on Tehran.
