Ashgari, a fitness trainer and actor, appeared to allude to the documentary in a video shared on his Instagram story on Sunday. In the video, he strongly criticized individuals within Spears's inner circle who have taken it upon themselves to recount her story as if it were their own.
"Now, after 15 years of enduring gaslighting and countless trials, she finally attains her freedom. And now they want to subject her to intense scrutiny and narrate her story? No. That is equally repugnant," Ashgari expressed in the now-deleted video.
The model, who initially crossed paths with his future wife during the production of her music video for the single "Slumber Party" from her Glory era, proceeded to express his disapproval of the online coverage surrounding Spears. He earnestly advised fans against believing everything they come across regarding the star's personal life.
"Ninety-nine percent of the time, those are merely clickbait articles designed to grab your attention and generate profit for themselves. But that era is over," he asserted. "I will not tolerate it, and it needs to come to an end. The gaslighting and all the nonsense? It has to stop."
