In other provinces, the votes will be counted and documented in the following order: municipality mayor, municipality council membership, provincial general assembly membership, and neighborhood headman.
- Will voters abroad be able to vote?
Every voter registered in the overseas voter registry has the right to vote in parliamentary general elections, presidential elections, and referendums at overseas representations and polling stations set up at border gates. However, voters abroad cannot vote in local elections.
