WhatsApp's parent company, Meta, has announced that in 2023 it is focusing part of its efforts on integrating AI or Artificial Intelligence into its main services.
These are WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. In the case of WhatsApp, it intends to do it through chat, that is, a solution similar to that of ChatGPT.
It is still early to say anything, but it is possible to see an artificial intelligence solution in the WhatsApp chat to answer questions, find out information and much more similar to ChatGPT.
Facebook seemingly wants to compete with Google and Microsoft in the AI battle.
The good news for them is that they have some of the most widely used services in the world, so their integration and level of usage could far exceed their competition.
