The yacht would have 30,000 "cells" below the living space to keep it afloat, a steel basement, and a massive 30 meter draft. It would be able to cruise at a speed of five knots while the "wings" would draw energy from waves. The roof would have solar panels to power the yacht.
The tera-turtle would not have a set itinerary or port, but would instead cruise around, making the journey the destination.
