Ground coffee loses aroma and taste over time. Store it properly in a sealed container in a cool place or refrigerator to preserve freshness. Use vacuum-sealed bags if possible.
Never reheat leftover coffee. Prepare only the amount you plan to drink. Coffee maintains its best flavor at 85°C. Don't leave coffee in the machine for more than 20 minutes.
