7 spring onions
1.5 tablespoons margarine
7 tablespoons yogurt
2 tablespoons flour
1 tomato
2 cups vegetable stock

1 cup boiled buckwheat
1 egg
1 cup buckwheat bread crumbs (finely ground)
Half a cup grated and cooked carrot
Salt

For Cooking:
1 beaten egg
1 bowl buckwheat flour
1 bowl breadcrumbs

Preparation:
