Norway's prime minister said Tuesday there were "big" differences with Moscow on the Ukraine war, when he and Finland's president had 90-minute phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
"There are big differences in views," Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Store told Norwegian media in Helsinki, where he is taking part in a meeting of Nordic leaders. Store stressed that he and Finland's President Alexander Stubb had only spoken with Putin on behalf of their own countries.
