China launched six new satellites into space on Wednesday, state news agency Xinhua reported.
The Lijian-1 Y7 carrier rocket with six satellites onboard blasted off at 12:05 p.m. (0405GMT) from a commercial aerospace innovation pilot zone in northwest China.
This launch marks the 7th flight mission of the Lijian-1 carrier rocket series.
