Arab-Israeli party leader rejects electoral fraud allegations
Ra'am Chairman Mansour Abbas on Thursday dismissed right-wing allegations accusing his party of electoral fraud and illicit foreign subvention, stating that the moderate faction welcomes an investigation by the Central Elections Committee and the Shin Bet. Abbas firmly denied any ties to wrongdoing, firing back at Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s bloc for orchestrating what he described as an unfounded campaign of incitement aimed at delegitimizing Arab voters following their strong election showing.

The head of one of Israel's Arab parties on Thursday rejected allegations of electoral fraud and welcomed an investigation, saying his moderate Raam party had "no connection" to the matter.
"Raam has no connection whatsoever to the affair in question or to any other affairs, and we declare that we will fully cooperate with all law enforcement authorities to uncover the truth," Mansour Abbas said, according to a spokesperson for his party.
