Kremlin says France's test nuclear launch is part of 'dead end' anti-Russia strategy

The Kremlin said on Wednesday that ⁠France's ⁠test launch of a nuclear-capable missile ⁠showed that Europe's defence identity was being built in terms of confrontation with Russia, ⁠describing ⁠the strategy as a "dead end".

Asked to comment on the launch, Kremlin spokesman ⁠Dmitry Peskov said Russia saw it as a loud and clear ⁠message, ‌but ‌that Russia remained ⁠open ‌to dialogue.
