Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney announced new sanctions targeting Russia's shadow fleet, energy revenues, defense-industrial and disinformation actors, the Canadian government said in a statement following his meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy alongside the G7 in France.
