A Russian attack has damaged an energy facility in Ukraine's southern city of Odesa, the country's major Black Sea port, power company DTEK said on Tuesday.
"The damage is extensive and repair work will take a long time to restore the equipment to working order," DTEK said on Facebook. "Our teams began emergency restoration work after receiving permission from rescue workers and the military. Specialists are inspecting the equipment, clearing debris, and then beginning repairs."
