Russian missile and drone attacks kill at least 4 in Kyiv overnight, official says

Russian missile and drone strikes on Ukrainian capital Kyiv has killed at least four people, the head of Kyiv's military administration, Tymur Tkachenko, said on Tuesday.
He had earlier said that at least seven more had been injured overnight.
"The Russians are deliberately targeting civilian infrastructure and housing. Cynical terror," Tkachenko said on the Telegram messenger.
