Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Tuesday that Moscow was prepared to support its strategic partnership with China and strengthen contacts with Beijing on a high level, Russia's RIA state news agency reported.
Putin is currently on a visit to China where he is due to attend a military parade on Tiananmen Square on Wednesday alongside Chinese President Xi Jinping.
