Russian President Vladimir Putin said that talks with U.S. President Donald Trump had been constructive and that meeting in Alaska was logical given the two countries' shared history there.
"Our negotiations took place in a constructive and mutually respectful atmosphere. They were very thorough and useful," Putin told reporters at a joint press conference with Trump.
