Russian investigators are treating the explosion of two bridges in regions bordering Ukraine overnight as "acts of terrorism", Russian state media reported on Sunday.
"These incidents have been classified as acts of terrorism," Svetlana Petrenko, a spokeswoman from Russia's Investigative Committee, was quoted as saying by the state RIA news agency.
