US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth said Saturday that the United States is "back" in the Indo-Pacific region and "here to stay".
"America is proud to be back in the Indo-Pacific -- and we're here to stay," he said in a speech at a major security forum in Singapore, calling the region "our priority theatre".
