EU chief says EU-UK accords show Europe sticks together
"The message we are sending to the world today is (that)... at a time of global instability, and when our continent faces the greatest threat it has for generations, we in Europe stick together," European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen told reporters.

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said agreements announced on Monday at a summit between the EU and Britain sent a message that the countries of Europe stick together.
"The message we are sending to the world today is (that)... at a time of global instability, and when our continent faces the greatest threat it has for generations, we in Europe stick together," von der Leyen told reporters.
