North Korea leader Kim Jong Un sends message of sympathy to Putin over massacre
Kim Jong Un of North Korea expressed his condolences to Vladimir Putin, the leader of Russia, following a major act of terrorism in the Moscow area. He emphasized that there is no justification for ruthless attacks on innocent lives, according to KCNA news agency's report on Sunday.

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un sent a message of sympathy to Russian President Vladimir Putin over "a large-scale terrorist attack in (the) Moscow region" and said nothing can justify "heinous terrorism" against human lives, KCNA news agency said on Sunday.
