U.S. President Joe Biden said on Wednesday that his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin made a "big mistake" by announcing Russia was suspending participation in the New Start nuclear accord.
Biden made the comment to reporters on arrival at the Presidential Palace in Warsaw for a summit of the Bucharest 9 countries.
