Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki would like to see Russia's President Vladimir Putin "totally be removed" from the Kremlin.
"If Europe and the free world lose this battle, lose this war, we are not going to be safe any longer because we will always be under threat and blackmail from Putin," Morawiecki told Sky News during an EU summit in Brussels on the war in Ukraine.
