Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky said he discussed Thursday with French President Emmanuel Macron pushing forward the peace process for Ukraine's festering conflict, as Europe scrambles to defuse tensions with Russia.
"Continued dialogue with Emmanuel Macron on countering security challenges and stepping up the peace process within the Normandy format," Zelensky tweeted after a phone call, referring to talks involving Russia, Ukraine, France and Germany.
