Chelsea captain John Terry is to leave the club at the end of the season. In a joint announcement with the Premier League leaders, the 36-year-old said he was leaving at the right time and wanted to end his Chelsea career by winning the title.
Terry, who has made 713 appearances for Chelsea since his debut in 1998, scoring 66 goals, captaining the side on 578 occasions, said he wanted to carry on playing but would "decide on my future in due course."
