Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has appointed Musa Kulaklıkaya deputy foreign minister, according to a decree published Saturday in the Official Gazette.
Kulaklıkaya previously served as assistant secretary-general for administrative and financial affairs at the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).
