Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on Tuesday received Mahmoud al-Mashhadani, speaker of the Council of Representatives of Iraq.
Erdoğan and Mashhadani met with Turkish Parliament Speaker Numan Kurtulmuş at the Justice and Development (AK) Party headquarters in Ankara, which was closed to the press.
