Salih Muslim, the ringleader of the YPG/PKK terrorist group, died at a hospital in Erbil in northern Iraq where he had been receiving treatment, according to media reports.
The Erbil-based Rudaw Media Network reported Muslim's death but provided no further details.
PKK is a terrorist organization that killed at least 40,000 people in a decades-long terror campaign in Türkiye and the YPG is its Syrian offshoot.
