The Ukrainian Defense Intelligence's Military Chaplain Service, in collaboration with the Ukrainian Muslims Association, has presented a prayer book prepared for Muslim soldiers defending Ukraine.
Kostiantyn Kholodov, head of the Military Chaplaincy Service, delivered a thank-you letter from the Ukrainian Defense Intelligence to Mufti Ayder Rustemov, under whose patronage the prayer book was published.
The Ukrainian Defense Intelligence representatives also expressed their gratitude to Suleyman Hayrullayev, President of the Ukrainian Muslims Association, for his active support in the project.
Suleyman emphasized the importance of such a prayer book, noting the presence of many Muslim soldiers, including Crimean Tatars, in the Ukrainian army: "Praying to God is an integral part of a soldier's spiritual life as they defend their country against the enemy. The spirit of a warrior is the only potential that is not fully discovered or measurable, yet it is what can lead to victory. The Ukrainian warrior spirit is our treasure that the world admires today," he said.
