They are demanding that Prime Minister Netanyahu's government sign a ceasefire agreement that includes a prisoner exchange with Hamas.
The convoy, which left Tel Aviv, is heading to the Gaza border.
The demonstration, led by the Hostages and Missing Families Forum, featured Israeli and yellow flags and photos of the hostages on the vehicles.
Some damaged vehicles from the October 7 events were also included in the convoy, and protesters plan to use loudspeakers to broadcast their message at the border.
