According to the daily activity report published by Mexico's National Center for Disaster Prevention (CENAPRED), 3 eruptions, 127 gas and ash eruptions took place in the volcano in the last 24 hours.
It has been stated that the eruptions of the volcano have increased in intensity in recent days. It was seen that the ash spewed by the volcano reached the settlements, and ashes accumulated on the balconies of the houses and on the vehicles.
In addition, residents of the city of Atlixco, near the volcano, stated that the windows of their houses were broken due to the violent eruptions.
Emphasizing that the eruptions will continue in the volcano, the authorities warned to stay away from the crater and to take precautions against ashfall, which may be harmful to health.
